We need to receive the following details plus a clearly scanned passport photo page (to be e-mailed to us) to apply for the visa:

1. FIRST NAME
2. SURNAME
3. SEX (male or female)
4. DATE & PLACE OF BIRTH
5. FATHER’S NAME
6. MARITAL STATUS
7. NATIONALITY
8. PASSPORT NO. – DATE OF ISSUE – DATE OF EXPIRY
9. PROFESSION/OCCUPATION (as below)

• Nature of work
• Job Title
• Name of company/organization
• Type of activity of the company/organization

Note: Retired persons should provide this information for their previous profession/occupation.

10. PREVIOUS VISITS TO IRAN (Please give number of previous trip, if any, and date for the last trip in full: day/month/year)

11. PLACE WHERE VISA IS TO BE ISSUED (i.e. Iranian Embassy in Beijing) Almost all nationalities require a visa to visit Iran; we will apply for the visa which will be issued by the relevant Iranian Embassies/Consulates.
